Recently I came across a great routine that only takes 30 minutes to complete, and doesn’t require any equipment!  The routine includes both cardio and body weight exercises to shape your lower body and burn major calories.  In my opinion doing short cardio intervals between training sets is a great way to reduce your workout time in your busy schedule!
