NUTRITION

Every Fitness Program begins in the kitchen. We will establish a plan based on your preferences, restrictions and needs, make adjustments to your nutrition plan based on bi-weekly progress or as needed, and provide regular “Fit Food Recipes” to help keep your plan fresh

Training Protocol

A customized training protocol will be provided. It includes a weekly interactive calendar allowing you to communicate with your coach in real time, rate your training experience, and log and adjust training based on your schedule
