This program is ideal for men and women who would like to lose fat and maintain or improve muscle mass in a healthy and sustainable way. This program is specific and focused on a fat loss results and requires regular updates, progress pictures, and weigh ins

What you get:

  • SKYPE or Telephone Consultations (30 minutes for the first session, and 15 minutes for additional sessions scheduled every 2 weeks)
  • Customized meal plans – Your nutrition plan is customized with an itemized grocery list (based in part on foods you like and dislike)
  • Bi-weekly assessments (pictures, measurements, weight and mood/energy will be evaluated)
  • You receive an update every 2 weeks based on your pictures, measurements, and feedback
  • A specially designed exercise program delivered via the KFS Total Coaching App. (available on iPhone, iPad, and Android)
  • Unlimited email and messaging support (emails will be answered within 24 hours)

Investment: $50/Week with a 12 week minimum ($600 initial commitment)
