Whole Foods vs. Supplements…in fact, it is an age old question.  On one hand you can megadose and ensure you have ample micronutrients to achieve your desired outcome.  And, on the other hand you have the complexity of combined nutritional value, and fiber that is often accompanied by whole foods.  My opinion is that they both provide tremendous value so why choose one over the other.  When training for competition they are both critical to achieving your objective.
